Board Meeting Minutes October 11, 2022
New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

President Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.
Present were Linda Gagne, Vice President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev Betts, and Secretary Pam Maser.
Bev Betts made a motion to accept the minutes from September 13, 2022. Dan Achauer seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Bev Betts made a motion to accept the financial report ending September 30, 2022.  Pam Maser seconded.  All approved and the motion carried.

Unfinished Business

Linda has placed the reflective tape on the gate entrance at the boulevard.
Linda is waiting for the township to list the times of Halloween trick or treat. We will place notices on the mailboxes as soon as possible.

New Business

 Linda will ask Zane to take the sign at the Maplewood entrance to the garage for winter.

A discussion was held as to the business on the dry side.  People are turning out of the driveway the wrong way.  It is a one-way street and they need to go right instead of left.  A traffic study was done and it was determined that the boulevards on both sides be one way. It is not the responsibility of the association to put up another sign.  It is up to the business on site.  Linda made a motion not put up another sign.  Pam Maser seconded.  All approved and the motion carried.

A baby seat at the park is broken.  A new seat for will be ordered $98.99. 

Linda is going to make up the 2023 statements for Dec 1, 2022 delivery.  Included will be the minutes from the annual September 2022 meeting.  

There is no need to have a meeting in November 2022.

Linda Gagne made a motion to adjourn and Bev Betts seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
