Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes Sept 16, 2026
Linda Gagne called the
meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present was President Linda
Gagne, Vice President Al Metdepenningen, Treasurer Bev Betts,
Secretary Pam Maser and Trustee David Jewel.
Also present was Pam Metdepenningen.
Approval of the August 11,
2026 minutes and the minutes from the annual meeting on September
12, 2026. Bev made a
motion to accept and Pam Maser seconded.
All approved and the motion carried.
Approval of the financial
report for August 31, 2026.
Pam Maser made a motion to accept and Bev seconded.
All approved and the motion carried.
Old Business
Pam Metdepenningen has
started working on the butterfly garden.
The bushes were removed and she is trying to get a grant.
Tents were purchased for
the beach for the annual meeting. New Business
The election of new
officers for the 2026-2927 year.
Bev made a motion to
nominate Al for the president. David seconded and all approved.
David made a motion to
nominate Pam Maser for vice president. Bev seconded
and all approved.
Pam Maser made a motion to
nominate Pam Metdepenningen for secretary.
Bev seconded and all approved.
Pam Maser made a motion to
nominate Bev Betts for treasurer.
Pam Metdepenningen seconded and all approved.
David Jewel will stay on as
a trustee.
Everyone accepted their
positions.
Linda Gagne is going to
stay on as the bookkeeper position.
Pam Maser made a motion to accept and Al seconded.
All approved and the motion carried.
David Jewel is donating a
laptop to the beach association. Open Dicussion
Connie Lupro has
volunteered to clean up the beach using her four wheeler. Al made a
motion to purchase a rake for up to $300.00. Bev seconded and all
approved.
Bev made a motion to
purchase a new phone.
David seconded and all approved.
Al is going to purchase one.
Pam Metdepenningen is going
to rewrite the by-laws booklet. It will make it easier to read.
Pam Maser made a motion to
adjourn the meeting and Al seconded. The meeting adjourned at
7:10p.m.
