Board Meeting Minutes August 13, 2024
New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 3:30p.m.

 Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not present. 

 Approval of the minutes from June 11, 2024. Bev made a motion to accept and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried.

 Approval of the financial statements from. June and July 2024.  Bev made a motion to accept and Pam seconded. All approved and the motion carried. 

New Business

The annual meeting will be on Saturday September 14, 2024 at 10 a.m.  One position is open. To apply one must have all assessments paid to date and apply by the deadline of September 9, 2024.

  Linda has been having problems with the printer. If she cannot get it up and running she asked to purchase a new printer.  Dan made a motion for purchase and Bev seconded. All approved and she will replace it if necessary. 

 Linda is going to get a company to set up a tent for the annual meeting in September.

Old Business

Al has repaired one picnic table and made three others from existing frames.

 The police have made an arrest of one of the mini bikers.

Bev made a motion to adjourn and Dan seconded. All approved and the meeting adjourned at 4:04p.m.
