Board Meeting Minutes June 11, 2024
New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:10p.m.

 Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer and Secretary Pam Maser.  Bev Betts and Bobby Carter were not present.

 Approval of minutes from May 14, 2024.  Pam made a motion to accept and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried. 

 Approval of the financial statement. Dan made a motion and Pam seconded. All approved and the motion carried.

New Business

Al is going to fix the picnic tables that need repair. He is also going to make a couple more from the frames in the garage.

 Linda ordered more park rule signs to be placed where they are needed

Old Business

Volunteer day went well. The beach was cleaned up and flowers planted. The playground equipment was also painted. 

The flyers went out about the mini bikes.

The Labeau property has been paid up on their back assessments.  Linda has removed the liens.

The property owned by Jason Gonia has gone back for taxes.  Linda has filed paperwork so we can get money if we can, He has gotten a lawyer and is going to try to get his property back.

 Linda made a motion to adjourn and Pam seconded.  All approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:19 p.m.
