Board Meeting Minutes May 30, 2023

New Beach Association, Inc. (Woodland Beach)

President Linda Gagne called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present was President Linda Gagne, Vice President Dan Achauer. Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Linda Gagne.

Bev made a motion to accept the minutes from March 2023.  Dan seconded and all approved and the motion carried.

Bev made a motion to accept the financial reports from March and April 2023.  Pam seconded and all approved and the motion carried.

New Business

Linda has looked into getting a phone from Spectrum for the association.  It will cost $230.00 for the phone and $14.00 a month. Linda made a motion to purchase the phone and Bev seconded.  All approved and the motion carried. 

We are waiting for an estimate on mulch from Zane.

We will be putting notices out for the yard sale on June 22-24.

Linda purchased flowers for the pots at the cost of $195.00.

Old Business

Linda has purchased a library box for the dry side for $412.34. 

We have received the two signs for Glendale for the deaf.

Linda also purchased six flags.  

We have received a check for the winter snowplowing from the Resort Authority for $5327.23

Bev made a motion to adjourn and Dan seconded. All approved and the meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
