Board Meeting Minutes
Board Meeting Minutes April 08, 2025
Linda Gagne
called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.
Present was
President Linda Gagne, Treasurer Bev Betts and Secretary Pam. Dan
Achauer and Bobby Carter were excused. Also present were Al
and Pam Metdepennigen.
Approval of
the November 12, 2024 minutes. Bev made a motion to accept and
Pam seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Approval of
the financial statements from November and December 2024 and also
January. February and March of 2025. Bev made a motion to
accept and Pam seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Linda asked
Zane about planting trees and he said he could do it. We are going
to plant three.
Zane has
caulked up the areas of the garage and also replaced the lighting.
He spent $100.00.
Bev has
contacted the man who was going to fix the slide. He us waiting for
the weather to warm up.
The picnic
tables on the playground are expensive to repair and Al is going to
try to repair them.
We are on a
waiting list with the Resort Authority to have the tree stumps and
tree branches removed.
Linda is
going to purchase a tether ball for the tether ball pole.
New Business
There is
going to be a blight meeting at the new building on Dixie Hwy on
April 29, 2025 at 6 p.m.
The volunteer
day will be May 17, 2025. We will be cleaning up the beach and
planting flowers and spreading mulch.
Linda and
Michelle Achauer have put up ribbons and spinners to control the
geese. We will also be leaving about a foot of grass at the top of
the beach to also deter them from coming here.
