Board Meeting
Minutes March 14, 2024
Linda Gagne
called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present was
President Linda Gagne, Vice-President Dan Achauer, Treasurer Bev
Betts and Secretary Pam Maser. Bobby Carter was not present.
Approval of
the November 15, 2023 minutes. There was a change made to the
phone bill. The cost is $10.33 every month. Bev made a motion
to accept, and Dan seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
Approval of
the financial statements from December 2023, January 2024, February
2024 and March 2024. Bev made a motion to accept, and Pam
Maser seconded. All approved and the motion carried.
New Business
Zane has
started to trim the trees where needed and the spreading mulch
around the playground equipment.
We have some
signs and guard rails that need replacing.
There will be
a spring cleanup in the park around the middle of May.
Playground equipment will need to be painted.
The accident at the entrance on Cloverdale, has been cleaned up. Linda has the accident report, but she was unable to get in touch with anyone. We are out one large pot.
Open Discussion
Linda brought
up a change to the late fees to a flat fee of only $50.00 for every
year that it is late. That will begin on January 1, 2025.
Dan was
concerned about the minibikes and four wheelers. Linda is
going to ask the sheriff to have more presence in the area.
Linda made a
motion to adjourn and Dan seconded. The meeting adjourned at
6:34 p.m.
