Board
Meeting Minutes March 14, 2023
Bev made a
motion to accept the minutes from January 19, 2023. Pam seconded and
all approved and the motion carried.
Bev made a
motion to accept the financial reports from January and February
2023. Dan seconded, all approved and motion carried.
New
Business
Linda is going
to purchase flags for the flagpole entrances on the boulevard.
A sign was
requested for some deaf residents on Glendale. We will check with
the homeowners to see if they want them.
A library box
for the dry side was requested. Linda made a motion to buy one and
Pam seconded. All approved and one will be purchased for no more
than $500.00.
Monk asked
about a basketball court for the dry side. Linda is going to have
him check into prices and then be presented at the annual meeting in
September for a vote.
The annual
community sale will be June 22-24.
Old
Business
We received
reimbursements for the damage on Cloverdale for $3950.00, also for
the tree on Woodland Blvd. for $750.00
Bev purchased
some metal signs for the entrances on the boulevard for the
community sales. She will also get two more.
Mulch is need
for both playground area. Dan made a motion to purchase some and
Linda seconded. All approved and Linda will get a quote from Zane.
Pam Maser made a motion to adjourn and Bev seconded. The meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
